The mobile home may need a little work on the floors as we felt a few soft spots although the floor covering looked fine. The flooring needs finishing in a back bedroom as seen in the pictures. The hot water heater is falling through a water-damaged portion of the floor which will need repairing. Not sure if the hot water heater has a small leak but it putting out hot water.
The RV is pretty clean inside but it smelled a little musty and there is a lot of leaf debris on the roof which should be cleaned off to make sure the roof is completely watertight. Did not notice any damage inside.
