WINTER PARK COMMUNITY CENTER - CFRI BUSINESS MEMBERS - CFRI is having a Holiday Business Member Vendor Trade Show for our WED, December 5th General Meeting. CFRI Business members can rent a vendor table to interact with members and guests.

Our December 5th General Meeting will be a CFRI Holiday Business Member Trade Show
& Best Cookie Contest!
We're very excited to welcome our Business Members as they show off their products and services to our members.

Please note that for the December 5th General Meeting YOU WILL BE ALLOWED to collect business cards from our guests.
BUT...in order to collect business cards, you must have a "tangible" gift with a minimum value of $25 to give away.
(A tangible gift includes: gift cards, bottle of wine, gift basket, etc. You cannot give away a gift certificate, etc. for your own business. It must be something that the winner can take with them and use immediately.)

We will draw for the winner of your prize from the business cards that you collect. You will then have the opportunity to announce the winner and hand them the prize during the meeting. 

So, if you would like to collect business cards, make a sign for your giveaway, bring a bowl & your prize and send an email to Buffie at executive@cfri.net to put you on the list to announce your prize/winner. 

If you DO NOT provide a "tangible" gift with a minimum value of $25, you will not be allowed to collect business cards at your table.

Please read below for important information.

1.  Our December 5th meeting is taking place in the Ballroom at the Winter Park Community Center, located at 721 W. New England Avenue, Winter Park 32789.
2.  Business Member vendor table set up begins at 3:30 pm. All tables must be set up by 5:00 pm.
3.  We will be serving delicious food from Tijuana Flats.
4.  You are welcome to serve food and/or non-alcoholic beverages at your vendor table. Bring a dessert or something to entice everyone to visit your table. (Dessert is just an idea, cookies, candy, finger foods, etc. No alcoholic beverages allowed.)
5.  Each vendor will draw a number for their vendor table. There are no pre-assigned tables.
6.  All of the vendor tables are 8' or 6' long and have metal tops. Vendors must provide their own tablecloths, decorations, marketing materials, extension cords, etc.
7.  If you need power, you must bring your own long extension cord and something to secure it to the ground so nobody trips over it.
8.  We will be having a contest for the best decorated vendor table. So go all out if you'd like to be part of the contest.
9. The only people who will be admitted to this meeting for free and be allowed to work at your vendor table are the people you have listed as your associates under your Business Membership. Each Business Membership is allowed to have up to 4 (in total) associates. If you would like to add additional associates to your current Business Membership, please contact Buffie at 407-328-7773. There is a $50 per associate fee for this addition.
10. If you have guests, associates, family or friends who would like to attend the December 5th Holiday Business Member Trade Show & Best Cookie Contest General Meeting and they have never attended a CFRI meeting before, they can download a "free guest pass" by clicking on the December 5th General Meeting in the calendar of events section of our website at www.cfri.net. They will need to enter all of their contact information before they receive the guest pass.
