Please note that for the June 10th General Meeting YOU WILL BE ALLOWED to collect business cards from our guests.
BUT...in order to collect business cards, you must have a "tangible" gift with a minimum value of $20 to give away.
(A tangible gift includes: gift cards, bottle of wine, gift basket, etc. You cannot give away a gift certificate, etc. for your own business. It must be something that the winner can take with them and use immediately.)
Starting at 7 pm, we will invite you on stage to help draw for the winner of your prize from the business cards that you collect.
So, if you would like to collect business cards, make a sign for your giveaway, bring a bowl & your prize to the trade show.
If you DO NOT provide a "tangible" gift with a minimum value of $20, you will not be allowed to collect business cards at your table.

Please note that Business Members that have a vendor table at the June 10th Business Member Trade Show are not eligible to win a vendor donated door prize.
Please read below for important information.
1. Our June 10th meeting is taking place in the main meeting room at the WholeLife Church, located at 2800 N. Orange Ave., Orlando 32804.
2. Business Member vendor table set up begins at 4:00 pm. All display tables must be set up by 5:15 pm.
3. We will be serving complimentary pizza and cookies.
4. You are welcome to serve food and/or non-alcoholic beverages at your vendor table. Bring a dessert or something to entice everyone to visit your table. (Dessert is just an idea, cookies, candy, finger foods, etc. Serving of alcoholic beverages is not allowed.)
5. Each vendor will draw a number for their vendor table. There are no pre-assigned tables.
6. If you reserved and paid for a Vendor Table BEFORE 5/20/25 the following information applies to you. All of the vendor tables are 6' long and include a tablecloth. All Vendors must provide their own decorations, marketing materials, extension cords, etc.
7. If you reserved and paid for a Vendor Table AFTER 5/19/25 the following information applies to you. You must bring your own table and tablecloth. Your table cannot exceed 6' in length. All Vendors must provide their own decorations, marketing materials, extension cords, etc.
8. The only people who will be admitted to this meeting for free and be allowed to work at your vendor table are the people you have listed as your associates under your Business Membership. Each Business Membership is allowed to have up to 4 (in total) associates. If you would like to add additional associates to your current Business Membership, please contact Buffie at 407-328-7773. There is a $50 per associate fee for this addition.
9. If you have guests, associates, family or friends who would like to attend the June 10th Summer Business Member Trade Show General Meeting and they are not a member of CFRI, they will need to pre-register and pay the $20 guest fee online via www.CFRI.net.
