One name tag per order. Each order must be placed using the specific CFRI member account for the person receiving the name tag. Additional name tag orders must be placed separately under each individual member’s account.

When you place your order, the name listed on your CFRI membership account and order receipt is exactly how your name will appear on the name tag.

Name tag orders close on the 20th of every month and will be ready for pickup at the next General Meeting.

You may pick up your name tag at any meeting held at the CFRI Education Center or at the monthly General Meeting.

There is an additional $10 shipping and handling charge to have your name tag mailed to the address on file.
