Spend the day with Bill Cook out knocking on homeowners’ doors. It’s ALL meat and potatoes, face-to-face, 
real-world learning. No “classroom” theory here!

When it comes to knocking on doors and talking to homeowners, few have as much experience as Bill. He’s been doing it for a living since 1972!

HOW WE’LL SPEND THE DAY:
• We begin at 9 a.m. at a McDonald’s. Bill will give you the documents he’ll use to make written offers, and he’ll explain how he determines his offer numbers.
• Around 10:30, we head to the nearest neighborhood and begin talking to homeowners and making written offers.
• We’ll take lunch between 1 and 2 p.m.
• From 3 to 5 p.m., we’ll continue making written offers.
• From 5 to 6:30, Bill will answer deal structuring and door knocking questions back at the McDonald’s.
• We’ll make between 5 and 10 written offers.
• 8 out of 10 sellers will invite us in – all of us!
• We will find between 1 and 3 shadow sellers.
As a real estate investor, it’s one thing to talk the talk.
