About Central Florida Realty Investors Association

Central Florida Realty Investors Association (CFRI) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting ethical real estate investing.  We provide over 20 networking and educational opportunities each month to investors in Central Florida to help members gain practical knowledge of real estate investing. 

We are the oldest and largest Real Estate Investing Association (REIA) in Florida and the proud recipient of the prestigious 2004, 2007 & 2009 Honoring Excellence Award – the highest honor bestowed on any REIA in the nation by the National Real Estate Investors Association. In 2008, CFRI was awarded the National REIA Award for Membership and Communications  

Our small staff is supported by dozens of dedicated volunteers and program instructors willing to share information and strategies to help ensure the success of our members. New and experienced investors are welcome.

Members and guests are invited to increase their investing knowledge at the following types of events:

• General Meeting – serving all of Central Florida, this monthly meeting is typically attended by 300-400 people
• County Chapter Meetings – currently we have monthly meetings for investors in the following seven counties: Brevard, Lake, North Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Volusia.  These smaller meetings over general real estate education and information topical to the area
• Focus Groups – Open to members only who have completed prerequisites and additional application. These small networking groups focusing on each individual’s education needs and personal growth and focus on a specific aspect of real estate investing.  Currently we have eight focus groups that meet one or more times each month covering topics such as:Tax Strategies, Commercial & Land Development, etc.
• Seminars – Each month CFRI typically hosts 2-4 educational seminars on a wide variety of topics.  These seminars are offered by local and national real estate investing experts

CFRI has two types of membership:

• General Membership: $150 for an individual for a full year.  Up to 2 additional family members that reside with the member can join for an additional $50 each.  Students with a valid student ID can obtain a General Membership for only $50 for a full year (This discount is not available on-line)  General Membership renewals are $125 per year.
• Business Membership: $325 for a business for a full year with one named associate.  Up to 3 additional associates can join for an additional $50 each.
